Andrea D. Hayduk

Andrea Hayduk received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2002 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee in 1999. Ms. Hayduk began her career in Washington DC where she worked for a small criminal defense firm for four years, focusing mainly on DUI defense. Upon relocating to Tennessee in the spring of 2008 she joined Kennedy, Koontz & Farinash.

She focuses her practice on DUI defense (www.tennesseeduilawyeronline.com), criminal defense, commercial bankruptcy, debtor/creditor law and workouts. Ms. Hayduk is currently licensed to practice in Tennessee, Washington DC, Maryland, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. She is a member of the National College of DUI Defense and the Chattanooga Bar Association. She lives on Signal Mountain with her husband Adam Barford and their two children.
